Create a NEW HABIT in 5 steps

Do you want to establish a healthy new habit for the new year? Do it properly, follow these 5 simple steps.

  1. Identify the goal, it must be specific and realistic.

  2. the important thing is to start: I would also like to be able to change everything in one day but start by doing a small action that you can easily fit into your daily routine.

  3. Create reminders, it should be easy to remind you of your daily task.

  4. Celebrate intermediate successes

  5. Face "BAD DAYS": If you think about it, establishing a new habit means changing your balance which, however unhealthy it was, until now was strengthened every day. Changing is sometimes simple, but it is not always easy because new actions, to become automatic and therefore called habits, must be reinforced for at least 21 days.
